Photography Workshop
Photography is a fascinating career option with numerous prospects. It's no surprise that many people want to pick up a camera and pursue a career in photography. Before taking the plunge, it's critical to learn the fundamentals of becoming a professional photographer. For individuals who are striving to build their career in photography and desire to learn every aspect and core element of this particular topic, CMI has specially curated a photography workshop to help them in acquiring knowledge regarding the same. The two days workshop will include sessions on both hands-on camera demonstrations and basic digital photo editing techniques. In this workshop, faculties will assist the candidates to analyse the work of famous photographers as well as their own photography in order to better understand the foundations of composition in order to create appealing imagery. One can expect to create a praise-worthy project and working knowledge of the camera, post-completion of the workshop.

To be eligible for this workshop candidates must possess a camera. The type of camera makes no difference although it is preferred if it has manual exposure controls. It is also preferred if the came has the RAW capability, however, it is not mandatory. A tripod can prove to be essential and helpful even though it is not compulsory to bring a tripod. It is also preferred to have a stabilization device. Candidates are also required to have a storage device to store their work like an external USB or hard drive or access to Dropbox. Storing projects and images on a memory card is not advised. Candidates must have access to a working device with Photoshop CS6 and Adobe lightroom installed.
Faculty
This workshop will be conducted by two renowned professional cameramen with over 20 years of industry experience and in-depth knowledge of photography.
Rahul Roychowdhury
He refused to pursue a career in Aeronautical Engineering and instead, he followed his heart’s true desire to become a naturalist. His photographs best demonstrate his knowledge of birds and nature at such a young age.
Rohit Nyss
He is known for listening to his heart, In his 20-year career in marketing or traveling he has travelled the entire country and his love for traveling has led him to study photography from some of the best in the business over the years.
