Debika Mukherjee

Debika has more than 15 years of experience in programme designing for Television and Radio. Her creative career began from the early days of Bangla GEC, almost from the inception of GEC in Bengal market for some of the best known leading electronic media brands (Alpha Bangla, Zee Bangla, Aakaash Bangla, ETV Bangla). As Programming Head (Fiction) role, she was in-charge of team management, business development, brand identity, programme communication, audience relations, and research. She is a highly motivated conceptual thinker with strong design and writing skills with proven track record of  coming up with innovative solutions for business, programming, marketing, and technology situations.  She is a skilled manager of multi-disciplined teams with the ability to conceive & create user-centered programme designs and interfaces.

Her success includes implementing the re-branding exercise for Zee Bangla & turning it into a brand leader.
