Calcutta Media Institute in association with IAMAI (Internet and Mobile Association of India) has developed a customized course on Digital Marketing for entrepreneurs and professionals. It is a 48-hour classroom programme, where the candidates will be trained ‘hands-on’ on applications in Digital Marketing.

The Course Structure
This Course is divided into 12 modules including an industry case study and examination. Each module consists of 2 classroom sessions of 2 hours each (i.e. each module has a 4 hour classroom session) and some take home assignments.The students will be required to complete some assignments and take a written examination at the end of this Course. The students will be considered to have been successfully completed this Certification Course and will be a Certified Digital Marketing Professional on getting a minimum qualifying total marks based on the assignments given and the written examination. The total marks for the assignments and the written examination are as follows.

The pedagogy adapted for delivering this course are combinations of Lectures, Hands On Sessions, Take Home Assignment, Working on customised live projects built on business challenges around digital marketing from your own organisation (depending on approval from your organisation) or other organisations who have permitted to use their data labs

  • Professionals in fields of sales, marketing, advertising, communication, IT, BPO working for at least 5 years and preferably holding middle/ senior managerial responsibility.
  • Promoters, Business owners and Entrepreneurs
  • Independent professionals like advertising and PR professionals, doctors, lawyers, CAs, etc. who intend to promote their practice through digital channels

Other Requirements :

  • Needs to be comfortable in using internet, email, and social media.
  • Preferably have own laptop which needs to be brought in class. If you are not able to bring your own laptop, CMI can provide laptop during the class on rental basis at a cost of Rs. 200 per class
